Do you accept credit cards?

credit_cardYes, we do! We do charge a 3% credit card processing fee per transaction, but we also accept electronic bank transfer via QuickBooks and conventional check payment.

What’s your deposit policy?

account_balanceWhen we’ve established the event date and we’ve agreed on a quote for all necessary event components, Ron Sanford Productions requires a 50% non-transferable, non-refundable deposit.

I’m worried I live too far away to hire you.

placeRon Sanford Productions is based in Nashville, TN, and we create events primarily in the 14 counties that comprise the Nashville metropolitan area. However, we routinely work in Atlanta, Knoxville, Lexington, Louisville, and Memphis, and we’ve worked as far away as Houston and New Orleans in the U.S., and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republican.

We do require that you pay for our airfare and other travel expenses when your event is outside middle Tennessee. Just contact us and we’ll discuss.

What if I want a specific prop or item for my event?

cakeThat’s great! We love making custom items such as set-pieces, backdrops, and marquee signs! Original elements will make your event unique and will ensure it has a lasting impact. If you’re dying to have that birch chuppah you saw on Pinterest, or perhaps a gilded gong for your stage show, we will happily make it for you!

Do you offer “day-of” coordination?

todayYes! If you’ve already hired all your vendors and just need a liaison to coordinate them, we’ve got you covered. A week before the event, we’ll contact the vendors, verify the timeline, and ensure everything goes according to schedule on the big day.

Are you LGBTQIA friendly?

all_inclusiveYes! Ron Sanford himself has over 25 years of LGBTQIA event experience, and Ron Sanford Productions was incorporated in 2015 shortly after the landmark Obergefell v. Hodges ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court. We are a National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Certified Business Enterprise, and we are involved with the Miss Gay USofA pageant system.

Ron Sanford Productions is a member of both the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce and Tennessee Thrives. We were also picked by Out & About Nashville as Best Wedding Coordinator in their 2016, 2017, and 2018 “Faves and Raves” edition! We love all our clients, regardless of who they love.
